Although it shares the same title and basic premise as the 1985 fantasy cult film starring Michael J. Fox, it brings an entirely different spin to the genre. Teen Wolf stars Tyler Posey as a teenager named Scott McCall, who is bitten by a werewolf and must cope with how it affects his life and the lives of those closest to him, and Dylan O'Brien as "Stiles" Stilinski, Scott's best friend.
Similar to HBO's True Blood the show features intense gore and horror with a variety of supernatural beasts, 'Romeo & Juliet' style romances and ancient mysteries. If you like shows like Supernatural, True Blood, The Vampire Diaries or just a fan of horror fantasy stuff you'll love Teen Wolf.
